When To Go

Embark on Timeless Journeys: Uncover the Perfect Seasons for Unforgettable Adventures

Pre Season

Maybe you've already got other plans for mid summer in which case you can always rely on pre-season and not feel like you've missed out! It expands roughly throughout April and May. These months are fantastic for the ones that appreciate gentle rays of sunlight while the sea offers a quick cooldown for the brave with temperatures of about 15-18°C (59-63°F). We would highly recommend this time frame for the ones that dislike burning sun, warm sea, and a much more crowded setting. The temperatures make it absolutely fantastic for the adventurous kind which enjoy cycling, hiking, or other sports activities. In May the season gets going with plenty of various events holding place throughout the seaside.

High Season

Want to experience how the summertime looks at the Mediterranean when it gets in full swing? Then June, July or August are your best bets. We would suggest these months to the ones that are looking for these specific qualities: sun-filled cloudless skies, temperatures exceeding 20°C (68°F) in the mornings and well over 30°C (86°F) as soon as the sun climbs higher up, warmer sea with an average of 24°C (75°F), blooming nature, cities and beaches are rich with tourists, lots of festivals and parties to choose from. This time of year is very eventful and can take care of both the early risers and night owls. Opportunities to fully indulge in the atmosphere are plentiful.

Post Season

Once the temperatures start to settle we begin the 'post-season'. This extends through September and October. Sunlight is still present for more than 12 hours, weather holds up with a less pronounced temperature swing. Sea stays warm and tranquil. Activities and attractions are not limited. Tourism settles down, so expect less crowded city centres and restaurants. The overall experience suits yachting perfectly.
